Step by step
From first call to finished files
Send the site
Address or map pin, what you need delivered and how often. For mapping and land, a plat or site plan helps.
One clear quote
A single price for the whole scope, with the schedule, the deliverables and the delivery dates written down.
Airspace check
The site is checked against FAA airspace. Where authorization is needed, it is requested before the flight date.
Schedule
First flight on the calendar, recurring visits set, and a weather plan so a bad day never becomes a missed month.
Fly the site
Planned positions, heights and headings, recorded on the first visit and repeated every visit after.
Edit
Color correction, straightening and cutting. Maps are stitched and checked. Nothing goes out raw unless you ask for raw.
Deliver
Photos in 24 to 48 hours, video in 48 to 72 hours, by download link, organized by date.
Repeat
On recurring work the next visit is already scheduled, flown the same way, so the set keeps lining up.

What I need from you
Five things make the quote accurate and the first flight smooth.
- The site address or a map pin
- What you need: photos, video, maps, or a mix
- How often: once, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or by milestone
- Your start date and any deadline
- Site check-in, PPE or access rules, and a site plan or plat for mapping and land
Safety and compliance
Flown by the book
FAA Part 107
Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilot, under the rules for commercial drone operations.
Insured
The business is fully insured for private clients and commercial job sites.
Airspace
Controlled airspace is checked for every site and FAA authorization requested when it is required. Near airports, flights are often authorized at limited altitudes.
Privacy
Flights are planned around the property being photographed, and neighbors are treated with respect.

How do I get a price?
Send the site, what you need delivered and how often. You get one clear quote for the whole scope, with the schedule and delivery dates, before anything is booked.
Do I need to get any permits?
No. FAA airspace authorizations are handled as part of the service, and you will be told up front if a site needs anything else.
What if you cannot fly on the scheduled day?
Weather and airspace come first. The flight moves to the next safe window and you hear about it before the day.
Who owns the photos and video?
You receive full commercial usage rights on every file, for reports, proposals, websites, print and advertising.
